Notes from Admissions
1. If you have not pre-registered for the fall, call the Office of Admissions to schedule an appointment. 2. Textbook information will be mailed to you in JULY. Textbooks will be available for purchase at the end of July. You will purchase them online! 3. Housing assignments will be mailed to students in late June/early July. 4. Scholarship letters are being mailed as scholarship awards are being offered. Not all scholarship letters will arrive at the same time. If you have questions regarding your scholarship, please contact the Office of Admissions.
Dates to Remember August 17-18 - Residence halls open at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 17. Students are allowed to being moving in at this time. If you are unable to move in on Sunday, the residence halls will open at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18. August 19 - Registration for seniors, juniors, and all new transfer students. Annual pictures and student ID pictures will be taken that day - dress nice! August 20 - Registration for sophmores and freshmen. Annual pictures and student ID pictures will be taken that day - dress nice! August 19-22 - Freshman Year Experience (FYE) takes place for all freshmen. FYE is an orientation to college life and is required for all traditional age freshmen commuting to campus or living in the residence halls. August 25 - First day of class (Classes begin at 8:00 a.m.)
