REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER 2014 TERMS AND FALL 2014 SEMESTER
Faculty advisors will be enrolling current Blue Mountain College students in summer 2014 and fall 2014 classes as follows: Seniors – Week of March 3 Juniors – Week of March 17 Sophomores – Week of March 24 Freshmen – Week of March 31
Students are asked to follow instructions listed below:
1. Each degree-seeking student must meet with his/her advisor to obtain approval of his/her summer 2014 and fall 2014 class schedule. Advisors will then enroll the student in his/her summer and fall courses. Non-degree students will enroll in classes through the Office of the Registrar.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!! Students planning and enrolling in online courses especially the summer online courses, should be certain that they know the beginning and ending dates of the courses (i.e., the Term I online summer courses begin April 28, before the spring semester is over, and the Term II online summer courses will not end until August 18.)
2. Each class (seniors, juniors, sophomores, freshmen) will be expected to complete the enrollment process for the summer terms and fall semester within a week's time. Space is limited in some classes so it is imperative that each class pre-register within the deadline given.
If you have questions concerning the enrollment process, please contact the Office of the Registrar. Registration for the summer terms and fall semester is not complete until each student has completed required forms and has obtained clearance from the Office of Business Affairs. (A GPS link will be available on the Blue Mountain College Web Site at a later date. This link will direct all students to required registration forms and specific registration information/deadlines. Watch for an upcoming announcement with more details and deadlines.) Students who complete registration after the announced registration period will be assessed a late registration fee.
NOTE: Advisors of candidates for degrees for August 18, 2014, will need to be certain to enroll these students in their summer coursework.

2nd ANNUAL INTERNATIONALS vs. NATIONALS SOCCER GAME:
The 2nd annual International vs. National Soccer game will be on Thursday, April 3 at 4:30 p.m. on the intramural softball field. Bruno Santana will head up the International team and Justin Lewis will head up the Nationals. Students come and support your teams with flags and plenty of noise. Let’s have a great soccer game again this year.
RESERVING A ROOM IN CAMPUS HOUSING FOR FALL 2014:
This year we are going to follow the spring registration schedule except for non-graduating seniors. We will begin reserving rooms for non-graduating seniors beginning Monday, March 17.
· Juniors will begin reserving rooms the week beginning Monday, March 17. · Sophomores will begin reserving rooms the week beginning Monday, March 24. · Freshmen will begin reserving rooms the week beginning Monday, March 31.
Before you reserve a room, you must pay a $10 deposit in the Business Office and have your ID photo made for the fall semester. The Business Office will give you a receipt which you will show the Admissions Office for your ID photo and our office, Student Services. We cannot reserve a room without the deposit or photo being made.
You cannot reserve a room prior to the week designated.
By reserving a room during the designated time periods will:
· Allow you to keep the current room you have. · Potentially provide the opportunity to change to a room you want if available.
After Friday, April 4, until the Friday before graduation (May 9) you will still be able to reserve a room in campus housing. It just may not be the room you reserved. After May 9, you will be placed on a waiting list.

ULTIMATE FRISBEE TOURNAMENT:
Blue Mountain College's sophomore class is hosting an Ultimate Frisbee Tournament. Students, staff, and faculty are welcome to sign up, as well as invite anyone from the general public to play. The tournament will be on April 12th, beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the New Albany Sportsplex. It will be a 7 on 7 tournament (7-10 person teams with at least 1 female). The cost is $5 per person, and the deadline is April 1st. On April 1st, we will need a list of your team members and your team captain's contact information (including cell phone number and email). All proceeds will go to benefit Pennies for Posho, a Georgia-based organization that works in Uganda by delivering food and the gospel to orphanages. Each person on the winning team will receive a Pulsar Frisbee.
