REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER 2014 TERMS AND FALL 2014 SEMESTER
Faculty advisors will be enrolling current Blue Mountain College students in summer 2014 and fall 2014 classes as follows:
Seniors – Week of March 3 Juniors – Week of March 17 Sophomores – Week of March 24 Freshmen – Week of March 31
Students are asked to follow instructions listed below:
1. Each degree-seeking student must meet with his/her advisor to obtain approval of his/her summer 2014 and fall 2014 class schedule. Advisors will then enroll the student in his/her summer and fall courses. Non-degree students will enroll in classes through the Office of the Registrar.
Students planning and enrolling in online courses especially the summer online courses, should be certain that they know the beginning and ending dates of the courses (i.e., the Term I online summer courses begin April 28, before the spring semester is over, and the Term II online summer courses will not end until August 18.)
2. Each class (seniors, juniors, sophomores, freshmen) will be expected to complete the enrollment process for the summer terms and fall semester within a week's time. Space is limited in some classes so it is imperative that each class pre-register within the deadline given.
If you have questions concerning the enrollment process, please contact the Office of the Registrar. Registration for the summer terms and fall semester is not complete until each student has completed required forms and has obtained clearance from the Office of Business Affairs. (A GPS link will be available on the Blue Mountain College Web Site at a later date. This link will direct all students to required registration forms and specific registration information/deadlines. Watch for an upcoming announcement with more details and deadlines.) Students who complete registration after the announced registration period will be assessed a late registration fee.
NOTE: Advisors of candidates for degrees for August 18, 2014, will need to be certain to enroll these students in their summer coursework.

SPRING II ONLINE STUDENTS:
The Spring II Online Term begins March 3. Training, Ordering Text, and Browser settings information were emailed to preregistered online students' BMC email accounts on February 10. Login instructions will be emailed to BMC email accounts on March 3 to those students who made payment arrangements with the Office of Business Affairs.
FINANCIAL AID FOR 2014-2015:
Federal Aid - Complete the 2014-2015 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov. Priority filing date is March 1, 2014.
State of Mississippi Financial Aid – Various grant and scholarship opportunities. Application deadlines vary. www.riseupms.com

CLEP tests will be given during January each Tuesday and Friday afternoon at 1:30. You must pre-register to take the tests. Please contact Eddie Rucker at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding registration.
SCHOLARSHIP LETTER RECIPIENTS:
Please remember to send thank you letters to your scholarship donors and forward a copy of each letter to the Office of Institutional Advancement email@example.com. The deadline for this is April 1, 2014.
