Fall 2017
All student accounts for room and board, tuition, and fees of every kind must be paid in full to the Business Office before the student’s official transcript can be released or a diploma can be awarded. In the event that a student’s account is not paid by the end of the academic session, interest may be charged on the unpaid balance at the current rate of interest. Grades will not be accessible until satisfactory arrangements have been made in the Business Office.

Spring 2018-Continuing Students
All student accounts for room and board, tuition, and fees of every kind must be paid in full or a payment plan must be approved by the Business Office by January 4, 2018, to earn a $100 cash incentive.

Spring 2018-New Students
New students must complete the Registration Information/Computer Use Agreement Form, the Health Information Form, and the Vehicle Registration Form and obtain Business Office clearance by
January 4, 2018, to earn a $100 cash incentive.

Students may make payments on their accounts in the Business Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or call 662.685.4771 Ext. 133 beginning January 2, 2018. Online payments maybe be made any time at Tuition and Fees.

Students are allowed six (6) chapel absences each semester. These six allowed absences will not be used in determining the chapel grade. For each chapel absence over the six (6) allowed, a $50 fine will be automatically assessed to the student’s account. The absence will not be cleared until the fine is paid in the Business Office. Holds will be placed on the student’s account until the excessive chapel absences are cleared.

Students currently with holds on their accounts due to Chapel absences should follow the procedures for clearing these absences which were in force when the absence occurred. Satisfactory chapel attendance is a graduation requirement. Diplomas will not be awarded until the chapel absences are cleared.
