JUNIOR ETS PROFICIENCY PROFILE:

Juniors need to email jspencer@bmc.edu to sign up to take the test. Choose from the following test dates:
      Monday, March 23 – 8:30-11:30 & 1:30-3:30
      Thursday, March 26 – 9:30-12:30
      Monday, March 30 – 8:30-11:30 & 1:30-3:30
      Tuesday, March 31 – 9:30-12:30

The test will take about an hour. Choose from anytime on any of these days.

MINISTERIAL ALUMNI DAY CLASS SCHEDULE (FRIDAY, MARCH 27):

PARKING DECALS:

Every vehicle on campus MUST have a Parking Decal affixed to it. If you have registered for your parking decal (even last semester), please come by Dean Moser’s office and pick it up. If you have NOT registered for your parking decal, please go to the website and register for your decal. Parking Tickets will be issued to vehicles not displaying a parking decal. Parking tickets are $25 each. Please take care of this matter as soon as possible to avoid receiving a ticket.

CHAPEL ABSENCES:

Students are allowed six (6) chapel absences each semester. These six allowed absences will not be used in determining the chapel grade. For each chapel absence over the six (6) allowed, the student must make up the absence in order to have the absence cleared. Holds will be placed on the student’s account until the excessive chapel absences are cleared.

Students should complete the requirements for clearing the excessive chapel absence during the semester in which the absence occurs. Satisfactory chapel attendance is a graduation requirement. Diplomas will not be awarded until the chapel absences are cleared.

BSU ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Sign up for Leadership Training Conference. The cost is $20 which includes the registration fee. March 27-28.
Come to Noonday at the BSU for student-led worship. Monday’s 1-1:25, Thursday’s 12:35-1
Prayer Time-Monday’s 2:20PM at the BSU with Jessie Kellum
Community Missions- Visit the Nursing Home with Andrew Higdon. Thursday’s 2:30. Meet in the SUB.

RESERVING DORM ROOMS AND CAMPUS HOUSING FOR FALL 2015:

It is time to reserve your room for the Fall Semester.

1. Before coming to our office (Student Services), pay your $10.00 room deposit in the Office of Business Affairs.
2. Bring your receipt to our office (Dean Moser’s) and complete the room request form.
3. We will follow this order:

Monday-Friday; March 2-6 — 2014-2015 Non-graduating seniors
Monday-Friday; March 16-20 — 2014-2015 Juniors
Monday-Friday; March 23-27 — 2014-2015 Sophomores
Monday-Friday; March 30-April 3 — 2014-2015 Freshmen

If you are not planning to return to campus housing, please notify the office of Student Services.

*Friday, April 3, is the deadline for “holding a room”. Your failure to reserve a room by that date will mean we can’t assure you a specific room.

**After Friday, May 8 we cannot guarantee you a room in campus housing if you do not reserve a room.

The BSU Missions Banquet will be Thursday, March 19 at 6:00 PM in Ray Dining Hall.  The cost is $25 per person.  Please reserve your ticket with tmoser@bmc.edu by the end of day on Monday, March 16.  All proceeds go toward Student Summer Missions.
