Productive Day
Greetings to all on a very cold Tuesday morning!

This message is coming to you on a Tuesday because yesterday was a very full day at BMC! I am grateful to our Service Committee for planning such a productive day filled with opportunities to minister both on campus and throughout our community. Brett Fowler, Jason Wells, Dot Locke, Phillip Laney, and Beth Rinehart did a great job identifying options for service on our annual “day on” in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King. Many thanks to all who braved the cold to join in on one of the projects.

If you weren’t at Tyler Gymnasium yesterday afternoon for our games against Brenau and Dalton State, all I can say is you missed out in a big way. Our ladies claimed another conference win, and our men defeated defending NAIA champion Dalton State by a score of 88-75. The atmosphere in Tyler was electrifying as fans used their “Topper Boppers” (thanks, SBA) to express their support for our BMC athletes. Both teams are on the road to face Loyola and then the University of Mobile later this week.

Tonight at 7:00 James Lewis and Marc Lewis will lead during Prime Time at the BSU. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss either.

I’m looking forward to our TACT Leadership Seminars this week at 4:30 tomorrow and then again at noon and 3:00 on Thursday. See Kayce Bragg if you haven’t signed up.

I’ll be on the road Friday attending the meeting of our MBC Education Commission at Mississippi College.

Stay warm!

Dr. Mc
