It is an honor that you have decided to visit our webpage. As Chair of the Business Program, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our site. I have been blessed to be a small part of this great college. Before coming to Blue Mountain, I held various faculty and administrative positions at two other Christian institutions. I was not always in higher education. For several years God gave me the opportunity to be an account executive and sales representative in San Antonio, Texas. I am originally from Texas, but got to Mississippi as quickly as I could. I have a wife (Jenny) and two boys (Hunter and Drew). We love hunting, fishing, reading, the outdoors, SEC Football, and most importantly – serving our Lord and Savior.
Let me briefly explain what makes the Business Program at Blue Mountain College unique. All colleges are going to teach the basics of business: management, marketing, finance, economics, accounting, etc… The difference here is that we teach business from a distinctly Christian perspective. Colossians 1:16 describes how all things were created by and for Christ. We believe that faith in Jesus does not compete with learning; rather, faith completes the learning process.
