When is Homecoming on the Hill 2013?
June 6-8   The Sneak-Peek Thursday, June  6 begins at 2 p.m. when Registration/Check In opens at the Pashcal Student Center (SUB).  Festivities continue until the Farewell Luncheon on Saturday.  (Longer for some who "stay over" to be at Lowrey Memorial for Sunday worship.)  Class meeting venues will be available all weekend; residence halls will be open, friends will be aplenty.  Don't miss a minute!
Who comes to the GOLDEN FLAME LUNCHEON, Friday noon, June 7 at 11 am?
Everyone who wants to celebrate with the Class of 1963 and all the other folks who finished at BMC fifty years ago or more.  It is the perfect time to honor those who have kept the flame and spread their beacon rays afar.  Family, friends, and all well-wishers are a part of this gala luncheon.  Simply mark your reservation form - all are welcome!  This is a special time for this distinguished Society as they see this new group of inductees welcomed and honored by Dr. Barbara Childers McMillin, and hear keynote speaker and long-time "son" of BMC, Dr. Tim Townsend.
What does my reunion weekend registration pay for?
The registration fee helps defray the cost of designing, printing and mailing all the publications related to this event, as well as other expenditures incurred in coordinating this wonderful weekend.  The registration fee is assessed only once to alums and not their guests; this fee applies to all alums participating in the event, not just overnight campus guests.  Your registration fee is gesture of support in many ways.
When should I register?

As soon as you've made your plans and received your registration form!  Everyone wants to know "who's coming," so get your info in early so your friends can find your name on the "Guess Who's Coming" list!  If you need help with anything, the Office of Alumni Affairs is as close as your phone or keyboard.  662.675.4771 x 119  /  lbennett@bmc.edu   /  alum@bmc.edu

Is any part of my registration, lodging or meals cost refundable?
Because of deadlines for food ordering and reserving rooms, we cannot refund after the pre-registration closes.   We will work with you in every way in case of an emergency.
Are guys a part of Homecoming on The Hill?
Yes!  Always!  Male grads, husbands, sons, and brothers make Homecoming on The Hill a real party!
Should I bring a prospective student to Homecoming on The Hill?
Why sure!  If you think they can stand it...all the laughing and hugging and such!  It's a great time for younger gals and guys to experience BMC with their moms, dads, and grans - even uncles and aunties!  They are always welcome.  The Admissions team will be made aware of your plans and will happily “host” these young folks in typical recruiter fashion.  You might also look into TOPPER HOMECOMING, a fall alumni event that actually has more activities for young people to enjoy; it is a great time to visit the campus with any young prospect.  TOPPER HOMECOMING, the other annual alumni event, coupled with our traditional FOUNDERS DAY celebration, comes on the first weekend (Founders Day on Friday and Topper Homecoming on Saturday) of November each year.  It features Tailgating on The Green with lots of live music, the presentation of the BMC Homecoming Court – always lovely, and the excitement of TOPPER BASKETBALL.  It’s fun from Friday morning ‘til Saturday night and a really great time to visit the campus, no matter how old you are.Watch the website www.bmc.edu/alumni and printed publications for information about this fun weekend as well as other TOPPER DAYS (college preview days) on The Hill.  Just let us know they are coming and we'll roll out the red!
